Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into small serving cups or bowls.
- Optional: Layer or top with crushed graham crackers for added texture.
