Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Season the wings with salt and pepper. Place them on the wire rack in a single layer and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  3. While wings bake, make the sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until thick and creamy.
  5. Toss the baked wings in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
