Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
- Season the wings with salt and pepper. Place them on the wire rack in a single layer and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While wings bake, make the sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until thick and creamy.
- Toss the baked wings in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
