Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (green or red)
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained, if canned)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetened condensed milk (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • Chopped nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits and mini marshmallows.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and whipped topping until smooth. Add honey or sweetened condensed milk if you like it sweeter.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and gently toss until all the fruit is coated.
  4. Fold in shredded coconut if using.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This helps the flavors meld together.
