- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup seedless grapes (green or red)
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained, if canned)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sweetened condensed milk (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- Chopped nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits and mini marshmallows.
- In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and whipped topping until smooth. Add honey or sweetened condensed milk if you like it sweeter.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and gently toss until all the fruit is coated.
- Fold in shredded coconut if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This helps the flavors meld together.
- Before serving, top with chopped nuts if desired for a little crunch.
