Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups seedless grapes (red or green), halved
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained, if canned)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts, optional)
For the Creamy Dressing:
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 3 tbsp honey (or sugar, to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together sour cream (or yogurt), mayonnaise, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the fruit mixture.
- Gently fold everything together until the fruit is well coated.
- If using, stir in mini marshmallows and nuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
