Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups seedless grapes (red or green), halved
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 medium apples, diced
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained, if canned)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts, optional)

For the Creamy Dressing:

  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 3 tbsp honey (or sugar, to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together sour cream (or yogurt), mayonnaise, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
