Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assemble the Bombs: Roll out the biscuit dough or puff pastry. Cut into small squares or circles. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
- Seal: Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal completely. Roll into a ball shape.
- Heat Oil: In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry: Carefully drop the bombs into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Coat: Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. Roll in granulated sugar mixed with cinnamon while warm.
