Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, shredded carrots, and fresh dill.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar (or lemon juice), sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
