INGREDIENTS

For the Cake:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 ¾ cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Soaking Mixture:

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line cake pans.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients

  3. Mix Wet Ingredients
