- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts evenly with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet, rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a gentle simmer.
- Add Cheese: Lower heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated. Top with sliced Cajun chicken.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan, if desired.
