Creamy Broccoli & Shell Pasta Recipe

This dish is a comforting and flavorful combination of creamy sauce, tender broccoli, and al dente pasta shells. It’s easy to make and perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shell pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving  
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
