Creamy Baked Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of corn
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion  
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine corn, cream of corn, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Pour the corn mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
