Ingredients
- 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4–5 strips crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Mini phyllo shells or wonton cups (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Make the Dressing:
In a large bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Add Slaw Mix:
Add the coleslaw mix to the bowl and stir until well combined and evenly coated. - Add the Flavor:
Stir in crumbled bacon, shredded cheese (if using), and chopped green onions. - Chill:
Cover and refrigerate the slaw for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. - Assemble the Cups:
Just before serving, spoon the creamy slaw into mini phyllo shells or baked wonton cups. - Garnish (Optional):
Top with extra bacon crumbles or green onions for presentation.
