Instructions:
- Prepare the Wings:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
- In a large bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In the same bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Add the cornstarch or flour, and toss the wings to coat evenly.
- Oven Method: Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Air Fryer Method: Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

- Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant (do not burn).
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add nutmeg if desired.
- Simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine Wings and Sauce:
- Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Tips and Variations:
- For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for the last few minutes of cooking.
- Add a splash of lemon juice to the Alfredo sauce for a brighter flavor.
- Adjust the amount of Parmesan cheese to your preference.
- For a spicier alfredo sauce, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side of vegetables like broccoli or asparagus.
Enjoy your creamy Alfredo chicken wings!
