Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 oz) box orange Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
- Add cold water and mix to cool it down slightly.
- Let the Jell-O mixture chill in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes (just until it begins to thicken but isn’t fully set).
- Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Gently stir in the drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or until ready to serve) to allow it to fully set and flavors to meld.
Optional garnish: Top with extra mandarin orange segments or a sprinkle of marshmallows before serving.
