Creamsicle Orange Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box orange Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and mix to cool it down slightly.
  3. Let the Jell-O mixture chill in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes (just until it begins to thicken but isn’t fully set).
  4. Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth and well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  6. Gently stir in the drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or until ready to serve) to allow it to fully set and flavors to meld.

Optional garnish: Top with extra mandarin orange segments or a sprinkle of marshmallows before serving.
