- 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the Crust: In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and quickly stir in flour until a dough forms. Let it cool slightly.
- Add Eggs: Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding mix and milk, beating until thick and creamy. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Whipped Topping: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pudding layer.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
