Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the Crust: In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and quickly stir in flour until a dough forms. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Add Eggs: Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  5. Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding mix and milk, beating until thick and creamy. Spread over the cooled crust.
  6. Whipped Topping: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pudding layer.
  7. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
