Ingredients

  • 12 mini sweet peppers, halved and deseeded
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, or breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peppers:
    • Wash and dry the sweet peppers. Slice them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley (or chives), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stuff the Peppers:
