- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- ¾ cup fresh orange juice

- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen cranberries (coarsely chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
- In another bowl, whisk together orange juice, melted butter, and egg until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened — do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the cranberries and nuts (if using).
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
