For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Make the Biscuits:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, then slowly pour in the milk. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Scoop out 6-8 biscuit portions onto the prepared baking sheet, gently pressing them into rounds.

- Prepare the Crab Stuffing:
- In a separate bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
