Ingredients
- 1 lb imitation crab meat (or real crab, if preferred), shredded or chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded crab meat, celery, and red onion.
- Add in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Gently mix everything together until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve on a bed of lettuce, with crackers, or in a sandwich!
