Instructions
- Whip the cream: In a bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- Mix the base: In a separate bowl, combine condensed milk, regular milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
- Set (optional): If using gelatin, dissolve it in 1/4 cup warm water and stir into the mixture. Pour into a dish or individual cups.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until set.
- Serve: Top with fresh fruit, chocolate shavings, or drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
