- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
