Condensed Milk Cake recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing.
