Condensed Milk Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup (120 ml) unsalted butter, melted (or vegetable oil)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round or square cake pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into the bowl. Gently fold until just combined (don’t overmix).
  4. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool & serve: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or topped with fruit/cream.

Would you like me to also give you a frosting or glaze idea (like a condensed milk glaze) to make it extra special?
