INGREDENT
- 1 can (14 oz / 396g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour an 8-inch round or loaf cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until light and frothy.
- Add condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or serve with berries and whipped cream.
