Condensed Milk Cake

INGREDENT

  • 1 can (14 oz / 396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour an 8-inch round or loaf cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until light and frothy.
  3. Add condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or serve with berries and whipped cream.
