Condensed Milk Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz / 396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (unsalted)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a small round or loaf cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Add condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the eggs. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely in the pan before removing. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with extra condensed milk before serving.
