Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz / 396g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter (unsalted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a small round or loaf cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the eggs. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely in the pan before removing. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with extra condensed milk before serving.
