Condensed Milk Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan or 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined — do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Serve plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

Enjoy your soft, rich, and milky cake! 🥛🍰✨
