Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round or square cake pan.
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
