- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (or ½ cup vegetable oil)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round cake pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar or serve plain with tea/coffee.
