Condensed Milk Cake

INGREDENT

  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until well combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or topped with fresh fruit.
