- ¼–⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- 1½–2 cups ice (crushed or cubes)
- ½ cup cold water (optional, to thin)
- Lime slices or coconut flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, lime juice, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice and blend again until slushy and frothy. If it’s too thick, add a bit of cold water and blend again to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice if needed.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Garnish with a lime slice or sprinkle of toasted coconut if desired.
