Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel (fresh or 100% pure)
- 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil (from capsule or bottle)
- 1 teaspoon rosehip oil (or olive oil as an alternative)
- 2 drops frankincense essential oil (optional but effective)
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey (optional for extra hydration)
Instructions
- In a small clean bowl, mix the aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil until well combined.
- Add rosehip oil and mix thoroughly.
- (Optional) Add frankincense essential oil and raw honey, and stir until smooth.
- Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin—focusing on areas with fine lines and wrinkles.
- Gently massage in circular motions for 1-2 minutes.
- Leave it on overnight or rinse off after 20–30 minutes if using during the day.
- Use 3–4 times a week for best results.
Tip: Store any leftover mixture in a small airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
