Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely ground coffee (organic if possible)
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt (or honey for sensitive skin)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or olive oil
- Optional: 1 vitamin E capsule (pierced and squeezed)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the ground coffee and yogurt (or honey).
- Add in the coconut oil and stir until you form a smooth, thick paste.
- If using vitamin E, add it now and mix well.
- Apply the mixture gently onto a clean face, focusing on areas with fine lines and wrinkles.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Using circular motions, gently scrub the mask off with lukewarm water.
- Pat your skin dry and apply your favorite moisturizer.
Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
