Ingredients
- 1 tbsp finely ground organic coffee (freshly ground if possible)
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or unsweetened natural yogurt
- ½ tsp raw honey
- Optional: A few drops of vitamin E oil or rosehip oil (for extra nourishment)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the ground coffee, yogurt, and honey. Mix until you get a smooth, spreadable paste.
- If using, add a few drops of vitamin E oil or rosehip oil and stir well.
- Apply the mixture to clean, dry skin—focusing on areas with fine lines, wrinkles, or dullness. Avoid the eyes.
- Gently massage into your skin using circular, upward motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes to let the caffeine and natural acids work their magic.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water, then splash your face with cold water to tighten pores.
- Pat dry and apply your usual moisturizer.
Use 2–3 times a week for best results. Your skin will feel firmer, smoother, and refreshed—no needles required!
