- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt or aloe vera gel (for soothing and hydration)
- ½ teaspoon honey (natural humectant and anti-aging booster)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix the ground coffee with yogurt (or aloe vera gel) and honey until you form a smooth paste.
- Apply the mixture evenly to your clean face, focusing on areas with wrinkles or fine lines.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Gently massage your face in circular motions for 1–2 minutes to exfoliate dead skin cells.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry.
- Finish with your favorite moisturizer or facial oil.
