- 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar or sweetener of choice

Instructions
- Chill the Coconut Milk – Place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight. This helps the cream separate from the liquid.
- Scoop Out the Cream – Open the can and scoop out the solid coconut cream, leaving the liquid behind.
- Whip the Cream – Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the coconut cream until smooth and fluffy.
- Sweeten & Flavor – Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract (if using), then mix until combined.
- Use or Store – Use immediately as a topping for desserts, or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
