Ingredients
- 1 Lipton black tea bag
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled and sliced
- 3–4 whole cloves
- 1 ½ cups water
- Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the sliced ginger and whole cloves. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the Lipton tea bag, and steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and strain the tea into a mug.
- Sweeten with honey or add lemon juice if desired.
