Ingredients

Instructions: External Oil Application

  1. Slightly crush the garlic and cloves using a mortar and pestle.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil or mustard oil on low flame.
  3. Add the crushed garlic, cloves, and optional ginger.
  4. Let it simmer on very low heat for 5–7 minutes until the garlic turns light golden.
  5. Turn off the heat and let the oil cool completely.
  6. Strain the oil into a clean glass jar or bottle.
  7. Store in a cool, dark place.
