Ingredients
- 5 to 6 fresh garlic cloves, peeled
- 10 to 12 whole cloves (laung)
- 1 cup olive oil or mustard oil
- (Optional) 1 small piece of ginger, crushed
- A clean glass jar with lid
Instructions: External Oil Application
- Slightly crush the garlic and cloves using a mortar and pestle.
- In a pan, heat olive oil or mustard oil on low flame.
- Add the crushed garlic, cloves, and optional ginger.
- Let it simmer on very low heat for 5–7 minutes until the garlic turns light golden.
- Turn off the heat and let the oil cool completely.
- Strain the oil into a clean glass jar or bottle.
- Store in a cool, dark place.
How to Use
- Massage the warm oil gently on painful joints or affected areas twice a day — once in the morning and again at night.
- Let it sit for 20–30 minutes before rinsing or leave it overnight for deeper effect.
