Ingredients
- 1 whole garlic bulb (about 8–10 cloves), peeled and finely chopped
- 1 lemon, organic if possible, washed and sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger (optional for extra boost)
- 1 cup raw honey (or natural honey)
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Peel and finely chop or crush the garlic.
- Wash and thinly slice the lemon (remove seeds if you like).
- Grate ginger if using.
- Boil Water:
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Simmer the Mixture:
- Lower the heat and add garlic, lemon slices, and ginger (if using) to the boiling water.
- Simmer gently for about 5–10 minutes until the mixture is fragrant.
- Cool and Add Honey:

- Strain the mixture into a clean glass jar or bottle.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
💡 How to Use:
- Take 1 tablespoon 2–3 times daily (morning, afternoon, and before bed).
- For children, use 1 teaspoon (if age-appropriate).
- Shake well before use.

- Lemon: Vitamin C and immune-boosting
- Honey: Soothes sore throat and suppresses cough
- Ginger (optional): Helps break up mucus and eases throat irritation
