Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Optional: 1 garlic clove (crushed) for extra immune boost
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add grated ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and garlic (if using). Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the mixture into a cup.
- Add lemon juice and honey. Stir well.
- Drink this remedy twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed.
