Ingredients
- 1 whole garlic bulb (about 10 cloves), peeled and minced
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger (optional, but great for inflammation)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
Instructions
- In a glass jar or bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, and grated ginger.
- Pour in the warm water and stir well.
- Let the mixture steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother drink, or consume as is.
- Add honey just before drinking. Stir well.
- Consume 2–3 tablespoons of this mixture three times a day—morning, afternoon, and before bed.
Tips:
- Store any leftover mixture in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.
- Avoid using boiling water to preserve the medicinal properties of garlic and honey.
- If you’re sensitive to raw garlic, reduce the amount or roast it slightly.
