INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup raw honey
- 2 cups water
- 1 lemon (sliced with peel)
- 2 cinnamon sticks (optional, for flavor and added benefits)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a saucepan, add water, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, lemon slices, and cinnamon sticks.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the mixture into a glass jar or bottle.
- Once it cools down completely, stir in the honey and mix well.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
How to Use:
- Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, preferably before meals.
- Drink warm for best results.
- Continue for 3 days to help clear mucus, ease coughing, and support lung health.
