INGREDENT
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 10 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional for taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the lemon juice, crushed garlic, ginger, black pepper, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Strain the liquid into a glass jar or bottle, discarding solids.
- Stir in honey while the mixture is still warm (not hot), if using.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
How to Use:
Take 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture 2–3 times a day. It’s best taken on an empty stomach or before meals. Avoid drinking anything cold for 30 minutes after taking it.
