Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them lightly to release the active compounds.
  2. Slice the lemon into thin rounds, removing any seeds.
  3. (Optional) Peel and grate the ginger if you’re using it.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the lemon slices, crushed garlic, and ginger.
  5. Add 1 cup of water and bring to a gentle simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  7. Strain the mixture into a cup.
  8. Stir in 1 tablespoon of raw honey just before drinking.
