Ingredients
- 1 whole lemon (organic, if possible)
- 1 small head of garlic (about 8–10 cloves)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 small piece of ginger (optional, for extra boost)
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and crush them lightly to release the active compounds.
- Slice the lemon into thin rounds, removing any seeds.
- (Optional) Peel and grate the ginger if you’re using it.
- In a small saucepan, combine the lemon slices, crushed garlic, and ginger.
- Add 1 cup of water and bring to a gentle simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the mixture into a cup.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of raw honey just before drinking.
- Drink this remedy once in the morning and once before bed for up to 3 days.
Tip: For best results, avoid cold drinks, dairy, and processed foods while using this remedy.
