Ingredients
- 1 medium red onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 500 ml (about 2 cups) water
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
- Boil the base:
In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the chopped onion, grated ginger, and turmeric powder. - Simmer:
Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for 15–20 minutes, until the water is reduced by about one-third. - Strain:
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Strain the mixture into a clean jar or container. - Sweeten & Finish:
Add honey and lemon juice once the mixture is warm (not hot) to preserve their natural properties. Stir well. - How to Use:
Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture 2–3 times per day. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
