Ingredients
- 1 whole bulb of garlic (about 8–10 cloves), peeled and minced
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 cup warm water
Optional:
- A pinch of cayenne pepper (to boost circulation and break up mucus)
Instructions
- In a clean jar or bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, and grated ginger.
- Stir in the raw honey and warm water until everything is well mixed.
- Cover and let the mixture steep at room temperature for at least 30 minutes (or up to 12 hours for maximum infusion).
- Strain if desired, or leave the garlic bits in for extra potency.
- Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Usage:
- Take 1 tablespoon 2 to 3 times daily (morning, afternoon, and night) for up to 3 days or until symptoms improve.
