Clean Kidney, Liver, and Lungs – Natural Detox Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 medium lemon, sliced (with peel if organic)
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 handful fresh parsley or cilantro
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, crushed (optional, strong taste but great for lungs)
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Honey (optional, for taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add ginger, lemon slices, turmeric, and parsley (and garlic if using).
  3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Add apple cider vinegar and honey if desired.
  6. Strain and drink warm or refrigerate to enjoy cold.
