Ingredients

  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1-inch ginger, sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the orange and lemon slices, along with the ginger and cinnamon stick.

  5. Strain the tea into a cup and add honey if desired.
