Ingredients
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1-inch ginger, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the orange and lemon slices, along with the ginger and cinnamon stick.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup and add honey if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for extra flavor.
