Classic Tomato & Cucumber Salad 🥒 recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced or diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar (or lemon juice).
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs if using.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes for extra flavor!
