Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh or canned crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much.
- Add the diced celery, red bell pepper, and green onions to the mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy your crab salad on its own, in a sandwich, or over a bed of greens!
