INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups day-old bread (cubed)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp melted butter
For Coating:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp melted butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a muffin tin.
- Place bread cubes evenly into muffin cups.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour mixture over bread, pressing gently to soak.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Brush muffins with melted butter.
- Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Use stale bread for best texture.
- Add raisins or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Serve with honey, syrup, or cream.
