Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- Oil (for frying) or cooking spray (for baking)
Instructions
- Cut each biscuit into small bite-size pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the biscuit pieces with mashed banana and vanilla essence.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat (or preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F).
- Fry the pieces until golden brown (or bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked).
- Remove and place on paper towel to drain excess oil (if fried).
- In another bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
