- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix until smooth and pour batter into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until creamy.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the batter, then swirl with a knife for a marble effect.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the warm cake.
- Slice and enjoy warm!
